Role Description This is a full-time on-site role, located in Woodlands, Singapore, for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will focus on getting clients , building and nurturing long-term relationships with them, acting as their primary point of contact. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, providing tailored financial solutions, identifying new business facilties for their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to align proper and right facilities that meet our client needs. Qualifications Strong relationship management and client-facing skills, with the ability to maintain long-term partnerships Basic Knowledge of financial tools and facilities Business development abilities, with a focus on identifying solutions for clients’ needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities Proficiency in relevant software, as well as Microsoft Excel and CRM Compensation & Perks 100% Commission-Based Structure: High commission payout with uncapped earning potential.
