Job Summary Lead and optimize supply chain operations to ensure cost-effective, efficient processes while managing vendor relationships and delivering actionable insights to support organizational goals. Responsibilities   ·         Process customer orders accurately for both B2B and B2C customers. ·         Prepare and issue invoices, delivery orders, credit notes, and other sales related documents. ·         Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders. ·         Monitor order status from receipt to delivery and provide updates to customers when required. ·         Liaise with customers, sales representatives, transport providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment. ·         Resolve order discrepancies, delivery issues, and customer enquiries promptly and professionally. ·         Ensure all documentation is complete and complies with company procedures.   Requirements ·         GCE 'O' Level or Diploma equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. ·         Minimum 1–2 years of experience in order processing, customer service, logistics, or supply chain operations. ·         Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel. ·         Good communication and coordination skills. ·         Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ·         Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team. ·         Experience with SAP or inventory management systems will be an advantage.  Tips: Provide an overview of the role, including the main tasks the candidate will be handling.
